Middle School Competitive Sports
*All Middle School students trying out for sports need to have a physical dated after June 1, with completed and signed forms turned into Nurse Aertker before they can attend try outs. The Physical forms are available below. Try-outs and sign-up information for Middle School teams will be in the Tuesday newsletter, on the www.jp2.org website, and posted on the Athletics bulletin board in the BAC.

METHODIST HOSPITAL will be at JPII on Thursday June 6th from 6-8 p.m. doing PHYSICALS for our middle school students.
Cost is $20.00 per student, you may submit a copy for the Middle School Athletic programs, and you will also receive a copy for your records. This event is only open to the 2013-2014 Middle School students.
